Willie Ann Cook

Willie Ann Cook, age 86 of Amo, IN. passed away Friday February 19, 2016 in her residence.
Born April 16, 1929 in Simpson, KY, she was the daughter of the late Carson Perigo and the late Rhodie Mae (McDonald) Perigo. She is the wife of Willie Cook and he survives. 5 brothers and sisters, and a grandson preceded her in death.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 4 to 7 in the Bousley-Hays Funeral Home, Coatesville with services at 7. Services will also be held Thursday at the Booker-Gilbert Funeral Home in Franklin, Kentucky from 10 to 1 pm with a burial to follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery.
Ann had worked for Franklin Hospital as an aide, RCA, PR Mallory, and Shenandoah. She was a member of the Old Union General Baptist Church in Allen County, KY.
Survivors in addition to her husband include 2 kids, Monty Cook and wife Terri, Plainfield, and Carol Dobbs and husband Butch, Albany; 10 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
