William "Bill" Edward Culbreath

Mr. William “Bill” Edward Culbreath, age 72, of Franklin, KY, passed away on Tuesday, August 30th, 2022 5:01 PM at the Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, TN.

Arrangements are entrusted to Gilbert Funeral Home & Crematory.  Mr. Culbreath wishes were to be cremated and services will be private.

Bill was born November 17, 1949 in Portland, TN to the late JT William Culbreath and the late Geraldine Marie (Hinton) Culbreath. He was preceded in death by a son, Bradley Culbreath.

He is survived by his wife 32 years, Cheryl Culbreath; 5 children, Heather Culbreath of Ohio, Lani Tielking of Mays, IN, Matthew Culbreath of Toledo, OH, Kimberly Sparr of Temperance, MI, Amber Culbreath of Franklin, KY; 12 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren, a sister; Nancy Newby of St. Paul, IN.

Bill was a member of the McKendree Chapel Methodist Church.  He was retired from Virtus Precision Tube Manufacturing.  He was veteran of the United States Air Force.  He enjoyed fly fishing, carpentry, hunting and collecting pocket knifes.
