Mr. William C. Andrew, age 84 of Franklin, KY., entered into rest Monday, December 30, 2013 at 1:30 A.M. at the Franklin Nursing and Rehab Center in Franklin, Ky.
A native of South Union, KY. he was the son of the late Roy Andrew and the late Nellie Perkins Andrew. He was the husband of the late Doris May Raby Andrew. He was preceded in death by a son Joseph Carlyle Andrew and a daughter Charlotte Ann Andrew-Jordan.
He is survived by a son Donald Wayne Andrew of Franklin, Ky. and a son-in-law Ross Jordan, Sr. of Franklin, KY.
Mr.Andrew was a member of the St. Mary's of the Wood Catholic Church and was a retired regional supervisor with AT&T.
