Wanda Pruitt

Mrs. Wanda Pruitt, age 77 of Franklin, KY, passed away Thursday, August 8, 2019 at 6:38 PM at Franklin Simpson Nursing and Rehab.

Arrangements are under the direction of Gilbert Funeral Home where services will be held Monday, August 12, 2019 at 11:00 AM with burial to follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin, KY.

Wanda was born April 30, 1942 in Allen Co. KY to the late Dalies Cornwell and the late Georgia Marcum Cornwell. She was also preceded in death by a husband, James Pruitt, a son, Michael Pruitt, 2 brothers, Noble Cornwell, and Rachael Cornwell.

Wanda is survived by her son, Richard Pruitt of Franklin, KY, Daughters, Jennifer Bush (Brad) of Franklin, KY, Diane Minnicks (Derick) of Franklin, KY, Teresa Lyles (Josh) of Franklin, KY, sisters, Ruvine Watson, Novella Hurt, LaDonna Miller, all of Scottsville, KY, brother, Glendale Cornwell of Scottsville, KY, grandchildren, Drew Bush, Lindsey Minnicks Otto, Matthew Pruitt, Chelsie Cline, Tyler Gosnell, Nichole Pruitt, Carly Bush, Hayden Minnicks, great-granddaughter, Jaimeson Otto.

Visitation will be from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Sunday August 11, 2019 and from 6:00 AM until time of service Monday at Gilbert Funeral Home.
