Shirley Cash Morse

Mr. Shirley Cash Morse, age 75 of Franklin, KY., entered into rest Wednesday, October 8, 2014 at 7:20 P. M. at his residence.
A native of Caldwell Co., KY., he was the son of the late Jesse Lee Morse and the late Mary Isabelle Roberts Morse. He was preceded in death by his wife Betty Joyce Lacy Morse.
He is survived by his daughter Stacey Mallard of Franklin, KY.; 4 grandchildren; Amanda Rogers, Stephanie Mallard, Montana Mallard and Trevor Key; 5 great grandchildren and companion Pat Jeffers of Franklin, KY.
Mr. Morse was a member of the Sugar Creek Baptist Church in Princeton, KY. and attended the Calvary Baptist Church. He was a former employee of the Wickes Lumber Co. for 25 years and Hill-Motley Lumber Co. for 17 years. He served as an Army veteran and was a member of the AmVets Post 110 and the American Legion Post 62. He was honored as a Kentucky Colonel.
