Mr. Scotty Wayne Hammock, age 51 of Franklin, KY, passed away Thursday, July 18, 2019 at 12:15 PM at the Medical Center in Franklin, KY.

Arrangements are under the direction of Gilbert Funeral Home where funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, July 22, 2019 with burial to follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin, KY.

Scotty was born December 2, 1967 in Simpson Co., KY. to the late Billy Hammock and Sandra Webb Collins.

He is survived by his children Alicia Carver (James) of Franklin, KY, Kasey York of Franklin, KY, Christina Slack (Anthony) of Bowling Green, KY, Justin Hammock (Tina Shrum) of Franklin, KY and Trevor Hammock of Bowling Green, KY, a sister Crystal Cosby of Franklin, KY, 2 brothers  Randal Hesson (Sandra) of Franklin, KY and Micky Hammock (Felicia) of Portland, TN, 14 grandchildren Madison, James, Alyssa and John Carver, Felicity Smith, Jessica, Elijah, Aveanna, Dakota, Peyton and Daytona Hammock, Jasper, Clayton, Lettie, Layla and Ruby Slack

Scotty was a member of the Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church and was a pole barn builder.

Visitation will be from 2:00 PM until 9:00 PM Sunday, July 21, 2019 and from 6:00 AM until funeral service time on Monday at Gilbert Funeral Home.
