Sabra Joann (Blackwell) Fowler

Mrs. Sabra Joann Fowler, age 83, of Westmoreland, TN, passed away on Thursday, February 17, 2022 at 12:08 PM at the American House in Hendersonville, TN.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, February 19, 2022 at the Shady Grove Cemetery in Simpson Co., KY.  No visitation is scheduled.

Sabra was born on November 30, 1938 in Franklin, IN to the late Clell Blackwell and the late Mary Edith Terrell Blackwell.  She was the wife of the late Joseph Fowler.  She was preceded in death by 5 brothers, Kenneth, Donald, Gregory, Ermol and Ronald Blackwell and 3 sisters, Inez Dickey, Katheryn Morris and Dorris Shaffer.

She is survived by 2 children, Tim Reagan (Delois) of Westmoreland, TN and Scott Reagan (Rosie) Scottsville, KY; 5 grandchildren, Christina Pullen, Ashley Walford, Heather Isenberg, Justin Reagan and Josh Reagan; 9 great-grandchildren; and 3 brothers, Thomas, Bill and Phillip Blackwell.

Sabra was a Baptist and a homemaker.
