Ruby Goin Finger

Mrs. Ruby Goin Finger, age 80 of Franklin, KY., entered into rest Wednesday, December 5, 2012 at 7:30 A.M. at the Hospice Center in Bowling Green, KY.
A native of Franklin, Ky. she was the daughter of the late Clarence Goin and the late Ruth Boyd Goin. She was the wife of the late Charles W. Finger.
She is survived by a daughter Susan Bilbrey(Frank) of Pikeville, TN., a son David Flagg (Joan) of Birmingham, AL., 3 grandchildren Spence Flagg(Jessica), Laura Winningham (Bubba) and Jake Bilbrey, a great grandson Baylor Winningham.
Mrs. Finger was a member of the Woodlawn Missionary Baptist Church and was retired legal secretary.
