Ronnie Dale Ventress

Mr. Ronnie D. Ventress, age 39, of Portland, TN, passed away Saturday, July 25th, 2020 at his residence.

Arrangements are under the direction of Gilbert Funeral Home.  Mr. Ventress’s wishes were to be cremated.  There will be a private memorial service.

Ronnie was born March 18th, 1981 to Darrell Ventress (Jennifer) of Portland, TN and Sheila Stewart-Crook of Gallatin, TN whom survive; he is also survived by 4 children, Jacob Dotson, Destiny Ray, Lily Russell and Natalie Ventress; a step-brother, James Crook of Lebanon, TN; a half-brother, Jordan Ventress of Portland, TN; 2 half-sisters, Casatie Ventress of Portland, TN and Amy Aulick (Jeremy) of Lafayette, TN; 3 aunts, Becky Hall (Vernon) of Portland, TN, Kay Groves (Wayne) Nashville, TN, Barbara Clark of Gallatin, TN; an uncle, Dale Ventress (Ann) of Portland, TN; several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by a half-brother, Tim Crook and step-father, Billy Crook.
