Robert Lee Gass, Sr.

Mr. Robert Lee Gass, Sr. age 78 formerly of Franklin, KY., entered into rest Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at 12:17 A. M. at the University of Louisville Hospital in Louisville, KY.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Booker-Gilbert Funeral Home where services will be held Friday, March 6, 2015 at 1:00 P. M. with burial to follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin, KY.
A native of Simpson Co., KY., he was the son of the late Robert Key “Bob” Gass and the late Rosie Lee Gass. He was preceded in death by his wife Patsy Lou Gass.
He is survived by a daughter Edith Gass Kirby of Bowling Green, KY.; 7 sons; Bobby, Randy, Dewayne and Timmy Gass all of Franklin, KY., Lucky Gass of Merrillville, IN., Jerry Wayne Walter of Estel Springs, TN. and Robert L. Gass, Jr. of Scottsville, KY.; 26 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
Mr. Gass was a member of Mt. Vernon Missionary Baptist Church and a farmer.
Visitation will begin Thursday, March 5, 2015 at 2:00 P. M. until 9:00 P. M. and 6:00
A. M. Friday until funeral service at Booker-Gilbert Funeral Home.
