Peggy Ann Farmer

Mrs. Peggy Ann Farmer., age 73 of Franklin, KY, passed away on Friday, June 30th, 2023 at 8:30 PM at her residence in Franklin, KY.

Cremation was chosen, visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 5th, 2023 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Gilbert Funeral Home & Crematory in Franklin, KY.

Peggy was born on November 24th, 1949 in Sumner Co, TN, to the late James Groves and the late Lillie Marie (Dow) Groves.  She was preceded by her husband, Terry Lane Farmer and a sister, Brenda Kay Stewart.

She is survived by her son, James Terry Farmer of Franklin, KY; brother-in-law, Mike Stewart of Franklin, KY; nephew, Brandon Stewart of Franklin, KY; friend, Jonathan Wilson of Franklin, KY; and brother-in-law, Philmore Farmer of Dayton, OH.

Peggy was a graduate of the Franklin-Simpson High School, class of 1968.  She formerly worked in maintenance at Wal-Mart and was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking.
