Mrs. Ophelia Blanche Ranburger, age 76, of Bowling Green, KY, passed away, Thursday, January 2nd, 2020, at 1:07 PM at the Medical Center in Bowling Green KY.

Arrangements are under the direction of Gilbert Funeral Home where funeral services will be held on Monday, January 6th, 2020, at 1:00 PM at Gilbert Funeral Home with burial to follow in Greenlawn Cemetery.

Visitation will be on Sunday, January 5th, 2020, at Gilbert Funeral Home from 9:00 AM until 8:00 PM and on Monday, January 6th, 2020, from 6:00 AM until funeral service time at 1:00 PM.

Ophelia Ranburger was born on December 5th, 1943, in Franklin, KY., Simpson County, KY., to the late Jessie Willard Henson and to the late Mary Sue Spears Henson.  She is preceded in death by 2 brothers, Larry Henson and Galan Henson.

She is survived by her husband of 55 years, William “Gilbert” Ranburger; 3 children, Teresa Dyer (Don) of Woodburn, KY, Tamara Eadens (Paul) of Franklin, KY, Trent Ranburger of Bowling Green, KY.; 7 grandchildren, Justin Dyer, Jacob Dyer, Jenna Jones, Taylor Gomer, Alex Eadens, Jazmine Anderson, Jaxson Ranburger; 6 great grandchildren, Finley Dyer, Hunter Jones, Jacey Jones, Haylee Gomer, M.J. Gomer, Aliza Eadens; a sister, Kathy Toney of Franklin, KY.; a brother, Terry Henson of TN; several nieces and nephews

Ophelia was retired from Potter and Brumfield.
