Nancy Catherine (Witt) Phillips

Mrs. Nancy Catherine Phillips, age 86 of Franklin, KY, passed away Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at 5:26 AM at the Franklin-Simpson Nursing and Rehab in Franklin, KY.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, June 1, 2018 at the Franklin Presbyterian Church with burial to follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin, KY.

Nancy was born June 8, 1931 in Franklin, KY to the late Notley Conn Witt and the late Mary Edith Venable Witt.

She was a graduate of Franklin-Simpson High School, class of 1949, and attended Virginia Intermont College in Bristol, TN.

Nancy is survived by 2 children Cathy Ware (Dan) of Franklin, KY and John Witt Phillips (Susan) of Louisville, KY, 2 grandchildren Elizabeth Witt Phillips of New York, NY and John Clifford Phillips of Louisville, KY.

Nancy was a member of the First Baptist Church.

Visitation will begin Friday, June 1, 2018 from 11:00 AM until service time at the Franklin Presbyterian Church.
