A native of Sumner Co., TN. he was the son of the late Robert William Keen and the late Mildred Katherine Hunter Keen. He was the husband of the late Nancy Keen.
He is survived by 3 sons Ricky Dale Keen, Tony Keen and Jason Keen(Melanie) all of Portland, TN., a daughter Rhonda Andrews(John) of Gamaliel, Ky., 2 Sisters Linda Stephens of Westmoreland, TN. and Donna Brooks of Portland, TN., 3 Grandchildren Lucas, Marcus and Makayla Keen.
Mr. Keen was retired from Outokumpu Manufacturing and was a Baptist.
