Mr. Mitchell Wesley Sandlin, age 65 of Franklin, KY. entered into rest Wednesday, March 5, 2014 at 3:50 P. M. at his residence.
A native of Logan Co., Ky. he was the son of the late Clifford Wesley Sandlin and Bertha Lorrine Williams Sandlin. He was preceded in death by 3 brothers Donald, Floyd and Clifford Dale Sandlin and a sister Shirley Bolin.
He is survived by his wife Debbie Brigance Sandlin, 2 children Clifford Wesley Sandlin and Honey Faye Boyd(Lynn) both of Russellville, KY., 2 step children Phillip Sabastin Poole of Franklin, Ky. and Susan Michelle Poole of Brownfield, IN., 2 sisters Patsy Fulks and Naomi Harrop both of Russellville, Ky., 2 brothers Steve Sandlin of Russellville, Ky. and Ronnie Sandlin of Indianapolis, IN.., 1 granddaughter Mindy Fox and 3 great grandchildren Kaidon and Peyton Fox and Isaiah Campbell.
Mr. Sandlin was a member of Post Oak Baptist Church in Russellville and was former saw operator with Carpenter Company of Russellville, KY. He was a Army veteran serving during Vietnam.
