Michael Ray Pinson

Mr. Michael Ray Pinson, age 70 of Franklin, KY., entered into rest Saturday, August 26, 2017 at 11:25 AM at the Woodburn Nursing and Rehab Center in Woodburn, KY.
Arrangements are under the direction of Gilbert Funeral Home where services will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday, August 29, 2017 with burial to follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin, KY. with military honors by the Simpson County Honor Guard.
Mr. Pinson was born December 30, 1946 in Sumner Co., TN. to the late JC Pinson and the late Sara Brown Pinson. He was preceded in death by a grandson Cheyenne Delray Pinson.
He is survived by his wife Joyce Pinson, a son Steven Pinson (Dreama) of Scottsville, KY., a brother Butch Pinson of Beaver Dam, KY., 2 granddaughters Zaide-Jade Pinson and Zena-Kole Pinson.
Mr. Pinson was a member of the Blackjack Baptist Church and was retired fabricator with Waky Signs and was an Army Veteran.
Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM Monday, August 28, 2017 and from 6:00 AM until funeral service time on Tuesday at Gilbert Funeral Home.
