Merile B. O'Bryan

Mr. Merile O’Bryan, age 88 of Franklin, KY., entered into rest Wednesday, October 13, 2010 8:18 A.M. at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY.

A native of Corydon, IN., he was the son of the late June O’Bryan and the late Rosa Sohn O’Bryan.  He was preceded in death by a sister Irma O’Bryan and 2 Brothers Burelle and Charles E. O’Bryan.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years Dorothy L. O’ Bryan, 3 sons Merile F. O’Bryan and Roy E. O’Bryan both of Franklin, KY. and Leo A. O’Bryan of Nashville, TN., a daughter Fern M. O’Bryan Mercer of Woodburn, KY., 5 grandchildren Bonnie Spears, Ben O’Bryan, Bradley and Zachary Threlkel and Susan Jennett, 3 Great Grandchildren Zaden Threlkel and Gracee Kate Spears and Sophee Rose Spears.

Mr. O’Bryan was a member of the St. Mary’s of the Woods Catholic Church, he played basketball, baseball and ran track in high school, he made furniture and owned and operated until his death O’Bryan recycling in Frankin.  Mr O. Bryan moved to Franklin from southern IN. in 1966.
