Mrs. Mary Lee Suiter Orvis, age 86, of Franklin, KY., entered into rest Monday, July 28, 2014 at 7:45 P.M. at her residence.
A native of Montgomery County, TN. she was the daughter of the late Jesse James Jackson and the late Gertrude Louise Huspeth Jackson. She was the wife of the late James Douglas Suiter and was preceded in death by a son James David Suiter and 2 grandchildren Phillip Scott Suiter and Pamela Dawn Suiter.
She is survived by 9 children Carolyn Hunton, Phillip Suiter, Joyce Pinson, Brenda Davis, Debbie Bogle, Donnie Suiter, Connie Armstrong and Jeff Suiter all of Franklin, KY., and Paul Suiter of Scottsville, KY., 2 sisters, 18 grandchildren, 48 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
Mrs. Suiter was a member of the Blackjack Baptist Church, member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary and retired greeter from Wal-Mart.
