Mrs. Mary Nealy Carter, age 80 of Franklin, KY., entered into rest Sunday, July 28, 2013 at 12:47 A. M. at the Hopkins Center in Woodburn, KY.
A native of Simpson Co., KY. she was the daughter of the late Clarence W. Phillips and the late Ruby Meador Phillips. She was preceded in death by a sister Delphia Ann Phillips and a daughter Diane Cline Konow.
She is survived by a daughter Linda Cline Weiland (Dean) of Brentwood, TN. and a brother Jim Phillips of Cleveland, OH.; 4 grandchildren: Chad Konow, Corey Konow, Ashley Hutcheson and Trent Weiland; 6 great grandchildren: Mary Katelyn Konow, Caleb Konow, Jake Konow, Sydney Konow, Sam Konow and Sadie Konow.
Mrs. Carter loved fishing, flower design and she loved to cook. She was a retired employee of the Kendall Co.
