Margaret Peggy DiGiuseppe

Ms. Margaret Peggy DiGiuseppe, age 74, of Franklin, KY., passed away Thursday, December 5th, 2019 at 12:45 AM at The Medical Center of Bowling Green, KY.

Arrangements are under the direction of Gilbert Funeral Home where services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, December 8, 2019 at Gilbert Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery.

Visitation will be Saturday, December 7, 2019 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Sunday, 6:00 AM until time of service at Gilbert Funeral Home.

Peggy was born September 20, 1945 in Levittown, NY, to the late Edward Joseph Foley and the late Mary Patricia Denzler Foley. She was the wife of the late Joseph DiGiuseppe.

She is survived by 6 children, a son, Joe DiGiuseppe (Cheryl) of Franklin, KY., a daughter, Maria P Atwell (Kevin) of Scottsville, KY., a daughter, Anna Gregory of Woodburn, KY., a daughter, Fran Branham (Darrell) of Franklin, KY.,  a daughter, Toni DiGiuseppe McDaniel (Joe) of Franklin, KY., a son, Russell DiGiuseppe of Franklin,  KY., 3 step-children - Peter C. DiGiuseppe (Nidia) of Wading River, NY, Christine DiGiuseppe, Marchese of Port Jefferson Station, NY, Gary DiGiuseppe (Patti) of Ronkonkoma, NY., 11 grandchildren, Luc DiGiuseppe, Mike DiGiuseppe, Micaela White (Tyler), Zac Atwell (Jessica), Ashly Hagedorn, Andrew Hagedorn, Kaitlyn Crawford, Belle Rust, Colin Dean Rust, Cierra Madison (Trevor), Ella Marie Simpson, Pete DiGiuseppe, 3 great-grandchildren, Jaxson Grant Madison, Jenivieve Grace Madison, Noah Braxton Thomas Groves, 4 siblings, a brother, Al Foley (Kay) of Myrtle Beach, SC., a brother, Dennis Foley (Ronda) of NY., a brother, Kevin Foley (Terry) of NY and a sister, Maureen “Beanie” Foley of Coral Springs, FL.

Peggy was retired para-educator at the Franklin Elementary School and also served 2 terms on the Franklin City Commission.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Rosie Foundation.
