Leslie L. Kell

Mr. Leslie L. Kell, age 65, of Franklin, KY, passed away on Sunday, March 20, 2022 at 3:45 AM at The Medical Center of Bowling Green, KY.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, March 23rd from 6:00 AM until service time at Gilbert Funeral Home & Crematory.  A Celebration of Life service will be held on Wednesday, March 23, 2022 at 12:00 PM.

Leslie was born on September 16, 1956 in Danville, IL to the late Marion Leslie Kell and the late Clara (Knerr) Kell Garmon.

He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Gloria (Baker) Kell; 3 children, Melissa Conley (Mike) of Bowling Green, KY, Lindsey Meadows (John Peyton) of Bowling Green, KY and Derek Kell (Amberly) of Franklin, KY; 6 grandchildren, Laura Smith (Spencer), Alex Kell, Coby Wimpee (Kelsey), Hallie Wimpee, Trevor Kell and Parker Kell; 3 siblings, Darlene Mitchell, Ruthie Jessie and Cheryl Richardson; a sister-in-law, Idella Kell; and several nieces and nephews.

Leslie was a retired Warehouse Foreman for Continental Machinery Movers.  He enjoyed fishing, hunting, working on antique cars and was an avid UK basketball fan.  Leslie loved his kids and grandkids.
