Laura Lee Shelton

Mrs. Laura Lee Shelton, age 32 of Franklin, KY, died Thursday, April 12, 2018 at 8:31 AM at her residence.

Arrangements are under the direction of Gilbert Funeral Home where the family will receive friends Sunday, April 15, 2018 from 12:00 PM until 6:00 PM. Cremation will follow and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Mrs. Shelton was born July 29, 1985 in Warren Co., KY to Larry and Deb Shelton who both survive of Franklin, KY.  She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents Charles and Sue Duncan Shelton, maternal grandfather Roy Nash and maternal step grandfather Thomas Hargrove and an aunt Susan Diann Shelton.

Other survivors include 2 brothers Tyler Shelton and Zach Shelton (Kristina) both of Franklin, KY, maternal grandmother Bettye Hargrove of Russellville, KY, 2 uncles Don Nash (Teresa) of McKenzie, TN and Charles Shelton, Jr. (Joy) of Russellville, KY and her best friend Julie Pugh of Russellville, KY.

Mrs. Shelton was a member of the Lakespring Baptist Church and was a registration clerk at the Quality Inn in Franklin, KY.  She was a 2003 graduate of Franklin-Simpson High School.
