Mr. Kenneth D. Samuels, age 64 of Franklin, KY., entered into rest Monday, December 31, 2012 at 11:31 P.M. at the Medical Center in Franklin, KY.
A native of Simpson Co. Ky., he was the son of the late Hosea V. Samuels and the late Bessie Rigsby Samuels.
He is survived by his wife Teresa Thornton Samuels, a son Kelly Daniel Samuels of Franklin, KY., a daughter Karri Leigh Samuels of Franklin, KY., 4 brothers William "Bill" Samuels of Franklin, Ky., Joseph Samuels of Cambia Heights, NY., Jimmie Samuels of Franklin, KY. and Leon Samuels of Bowling Green, Ky., 2 sisters Mary Etta Cooper and Gracie Thompson both of Louisville, KY.
Mr. Samuels was a member of the Greater Taylor AME Church, he was a former employee of the Simpson County School System as a custodian, Old Kentucky Leathers, Advance Auto Parts and O'Reilly Auto Parts.
