Katie Mae "Mu" Traughber

Mrs. Katie Mae “Mu” Traughber age 98 of Franklin, KY., entered into rest Thursday, February 3, 2011 at 6:40 A. M. at the Medical Center in Franklin, KY.
A native of Simpson Co., Ky., she was the daughter of the late Lucas Young and the late Maggie Williams Young. She was the wife of the late Herschel Traughber. She was preceded in death by a grandson Lee Traughber and 8 Brothers and 3 Sisters.
She is survived by her daughter Dorothy “Dot” Brown and her husband Joe of Franklin, KY., a son Jack Traughber of Castallian Springs, TN., 3 granddaughters Debbie Hall of Alvaton, Jill Cheatham and her husband Lowell of Lexington, KY. and Cindy Phillips and her husband Randy of Franklin, KY., a grandson Wade Traughber of Bowling Green, KY., 10 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
Mrs. Traughber was a member of the United Church, and retired from Lenk Manufacturing, and formerly worked at Haywood Manufacturing.
