June Marie Morgan

Ms. June Morgan, age 94 of Franklin, KY, passed away Sunday, July 7, 2019 at 2:12 AM at Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green, KY.

Arrangements are under the direction of Gilbert Funeral Home. Graveside Services will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday, July 9, 2019 at Greenlawn Cemetery, in Franklin, KY.

June was born June 15, 1925 to the late Alvis Williams and the late Edna Pearl Borthick Williams. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Alton Williams, and her sister, Helen Louise Williams Groves and her ex-husband, Stewart Morgan.

June is survived by 2 nephews, Pat Williams (Nancy) of Ridgetop, TN., Al Williams (Beth) of Franklin, KY., 3 nieces, Barbara Cline of Franklin, KY., Debra K. Cook (Scott) of Franklin, KY., Myra Jane Williams of Franklin, KY., 4 great nieces, 1 great nephew and 1 great great nephew.

June was the 2nd Vice President of the Simpson County Bank for 40 years.

Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Monday, July 8, 2019 at Gilbert Funeral Home. There will be no visitation prior to the Graveside Service on Tuesday.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the Providence Baptist Church Cemetery Fund or the Lewis Memorial Home of Franklin, KY.
