Mrs. Joyce Ann Rippy, age 70 of Franklin, KY., entered into rest Thursday, July 5, 2012 at 1:40 M. at the Medical Center in Franklin, Ky.
A native of Simpson Co., Ky. she was the daughter of the late Jay Brown and the late Leslie Owens Brown. She was preceded in death by a son Mark Miller.
She is survived by her husband Leon Rippy, a daughter Teresa Hendricks of Russellville, KY., 2 step-children Andy Rippy of White House, TN. and Kathy Anglea of Portland, TN., 6 brothers Arnold Brown of Grapeland, TX., Charles Brown of Westmoreland, TN., Glen Brown, Wayne Brown, Darrell Brown and Paul Brown all of Franklin, KY., 4 sisters Doris Vick of Russellville, KY., Donna Whitten of Gainsville, Fl., Shirley Harris and Nancy Brown both of Franklin, KY., 4 grandchildren Eric and Johnny Miller, Jason and Adam Hendricks, 4 step-grandchildren William Anglea, Kortney Lee, Nick and Kaitlyn Rippy and 4 great granchildren.
Mrs. Rippy was a member of the Old Liberty General Baptist Church and was retired self-employed beautician for over 40 + years.
