Johnny Hale

Mr. Johnny Hale, age 74, of Franklin, KY passed away on Sunday, October 16th, 2022 at 10:35 PM at the Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, TN.

Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until 9:00 PM Friday, October 21, 2022 and from 6:00 AM until service time Saturday, October 22, 2022 at Gilbert Funeral Home & Crematory.  Funeral service will be at 12:00 PM Saturday at funeral home with burial to follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin, KY.

Johnny was born July 30, 1948 in Breckinridge Co., KY.  He was preceded in death by his father, James Willard Christmas; mother, Annie C. (Holman) Christmas; 3 great grandchildren; 4 siblings and a nephew.

He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Wanda Hale; 4 children, Roy McCoy (Connie), Linda Stafford (Dewayne), Johnny Hale (Kim) all of Franklin, KY, Anna Hale (Tricky) of Nashville, TN; 13 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; 2 brothers, Larry Hall of Hardinsburg, KY and Billy Hale of Bowling Green, KY; a sister, Carol Hall of Hardinsburg, KY and several nieces and nephews.

Johnny was a logger and a farmer, he enjoyed Fishing, Hunting, playing poker, spending time with family.
