John Powell Phillips

Mr. John Powell Phillips, age 48, of Franklin, KY., died Tuesday, October 28, 2008 at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN.
He is survived by his wife Gina Johnson Phillips, 2 Daughters Delsie Katherine Phillips and Sophia Jane-Marie Phillips both of Franklin, Ky., Parents Tommy T. and Jo Ann Powell Phillips of Franklin, Ky., Mother-In-Law Nancy Dowdy and her husband Jerry of Franklin, Ky. 3 Cousins Joel Powell Cook and Claudia Drum Cook both of San Francisco, CA. and Kitty Schreppel of Tracey, CA., several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Mr. Phillips was preceded in death by his Father-In-Law Frank Johnson, Maternal Grandparents Mr. & Mrs. A.J. Powell and Paternal Grandparents Mr. & Mrs. L.J. Phillips.
Mr. Phillips was a member of the Franklin First United Methodist Church and a member of the Franklin Chamber of Commerce and United States Cycling Foundation.
