He was born April 24, 1988 in Bowling Green, Ky. to Randy Watkins who survives of Glasgow, Ky., and Cheryl Lynn Raines Watkins who survives of Franklin, KY. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Lloyd Raines and his paternal grandmother Lois Jane Graves.
He is survived by 2 sisters Nancy Cleveland Stadler of Franklin, KY., Racheall Nichole Watkins May of Franklin, KY., a brother Jonathan Mitchell Watkins of Franklin, Ky., maternal grandmother Nancy Raines of Franklin, KY., paternal grandfather Jerry Watkins (Lee) of Franklin, Ky., 6 nieces Hannah Abney, Allison Riley, Sabrina, Trinity and Ryleigh Watkins and Abby Cleveland, 5 nephews Jordan, Christian and Cory Cleveland, Ethan and Lucian May and a nephew Zandor Stadler and several cousins.
Mr. Watkins was a Christian and worked as an electrition.
