Jemma Neal Clark

Jemma Neal Clark, age 15 months, of Franklin, KY, passed away on Monday, October 4th, 2021 at the Vanderbilt Children's Hospital in Nashville, TN.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 8th, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Gilbert Funeral Home & Crematory and on Saturday, October 9th, 2021 from 8:00 AM to funeral service time.  Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 1:00 PM with burial to follow in Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin, KY.

Jemma was born on June 8th, 2020 in Bowling Green, KY to her mother, Brittany Danielle “Danni” Wilkerson (Roger Putman, III) of Franklin, KY and her father, Tanner Clark of Bowling Green, KY, whom survive.  She is also survived by her 3 sisters, Jaci, Jaclyn and Josie Price and a brother Knox Clark; maternal grandparents, Kriste Bryson (James Partinger) of Franklin, KY and Billy Wilkerson (Terry) of Franklin, KY; paternal grandparents, Kim Carter (Gus Mason) of Russellville, KY and Gene Clark (Jill) of Bowling Green, KY; maternal great-grandparents, Jeff and Faye Wilkerson of Franklin, KY, Grover and Sheary Laminack of Carbondale, IL and Teresa Summers of Franklin, KY; paternal great-grandparents, Doug and Kaye Carter of Bowling Green, KY and Jim and Emma McBride of Cadiz, KY; several aunts, uncles and cousins.

She is preceded in death by an Aunt Robbie Neal Gill.

“Words can’t describe how much we love and miss our sweet baby.  She had the brightest blue eyes, a smile to light up a room, and if you were lucky enough, she gave the sweetest hugs.  Our girl loved Mickey Mouse, naps, milk and her family.  She was always happy unless she was hungry.  Jemma Neal, we pray you rest easy and we can’t wait to see you again. We love you so much.”

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Gilbert Funeral Home & Crematory for final expenses.  Envelopes will be provided at the funeral home.
