Mrs. Jean Goin Griffin, age 82 of Franklin, KY., entered into rest Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at 5:20 A. M. at the Commonwealth Regional Specialty Hospital in Bowling Green, KY.
A native of Simpson Co., Ky. she was the daughter of the late Clarence Goin and the late Ruth Boyd Goin. She was the wife of the late Garland Douglas Griffin, I. She was preceded in death by a son Joey Alton Griffin.
She is survived by her children Lori Rogers Dutton of Franklin, KY., Garland Douglas Griffin, II of Woodburn, KY. and Lisa Jill Moore(Jeff) of Bedford, KY., 7 grandchildren Mishella Pinson Bastianson, Daniel Everett Pinson, Jessica Griffin Spears, Andrea Griffin, Samuel and Elisabeth Moore and Megan Lindsay Griffin, 9 great grandchildren and a sister Ruby Goin Finger of Franklin, KY.
Mrs. Griffin was a member of the Woodlawn Missionary Baptist Church and was retired from the Kendall Company.
