James W. "Jimmy" White

Mr. James W. “Jimmy” White, age 75 of Bowling Green, KY., entered into rest Monday, November 13, 2017 at 8:37 PM at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY.
Arrangements are under the direction of Gilbert Funeral Home where services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, November 17, 2017 with burial to follow in the Restlawn Memory Gardens Cemetery in Franklin, KY.
A native of Simpson Co., KY., he was the son of the late Walter Lee White and the late Mary Katherine Rogers White.
He is survived by his sister Linda K. White Chaney, a nephew Scott Chaney both of Franklin, KY., a niece LeAnn Crowe, special friends and caregivers Pat and Becky Herman all of Bowling Green, KY. and his uncle Everett White, Jr. of Franklin, KY.; 4 great nieces Cynthia and Carra Chaney, Ella and Maria Crowe and several cousins.
He attended the Glendale Baptist Church and was a former employee of Lifeskills. He loved country music, bowling and collecting John Deere memorabilia. He was able to “keep in touch” with his CB radio.
Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until funeral service time Friday at Gilbert Funeral Home.
