Henry Edwin Burgett

Mr. Henry Edwin Burgett, age 83 of Franklin, KY., entered into rest Monday, May 6, 2013 at the VA Hospital in Nashville, TN.
A native of Sumner Co., TN. he was the son of the late Thomas Burgett and the late Flossie Hall Burgett. He is preceded in death by his wife Irene Sage Burgett, a son Kenneth Edwin Burgett, sisters Polly King and Elizabeth Burgett and brothers Paul, Everett, James, Roy and Charles Burgett.
He is survived by his wife Jewell Burgett; daughter Patsy Burgett (Ron) of Huntsville, AL., 2 sons Ronald Bruce Burgett (Lou Ann) of Franklin, KY. and Jimmy (Janet) Burgett of Bethpage, TN.; daughter-in-law Celila Burgett of Hermitage, TN.; sister Mary Burgett Choat of Gallatin, TN.; 3 step-children Jimmy Gregory and Pam Gregory Jones (Dale) all of Franklin, KY. and SSG. Joe Gregory (Brandy) of Hopkinsville, KY.; 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Burgett was a retired employee of Oscar-Meyer Co., a member of the Concord Missionary Baptist Church in White House, TN. and member of the Hardees Consulting Team (Coffee Club).
