Heather Michelle Wooten

Mrs. Heather Wooten, age 31, of White House, TN formerly of Franklin, KY passed away Sunday, April 10, 2022 in Hendersonville, TN.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 15, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Gilbert Funeral Home & Crematory.  Funeral services will be held on Friday, the same day at 3:00 PM with burial to follow at Providence Cemetery in Simpson County, KY.

Heather was born on October 25, 1990 in Bowling Green, KY to the late Christine “Sissy” Gosnell.  She is also preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Ingrid Gosnell and a brother, D.J. Vantrease.

She is survived by her husband of 6 years, Alex Wooten; 2 children, Emmeline Wooten and Easton Wooten; 2 sisters, Jackie Gosnell of Franklin, KY and Susie Gosnell of Franklin, KY; and an uncle, Donnie Gosnell of Franklin, KY.

Heather was a member The Generation Church in Portland, TN.  Heather was a 2009 graduate of Franklin-Simpson High School.  She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing at Chamberland University.  Heather loved being outside, animals, hiking, 4-wheeler riding and playing with her children.
