Grace Evelyn Brake

Mrs. Grace Evelyn Brake., age 94 of Franklin, KY., entered into rest Monday, October 2, 2017 at 7:00 PM at the Hopkins Nursing Facility in Woodburn, KY.
Arrangements are under the direction of Gilbert Funeral Home where services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, October 5, 2017 with burial to follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin, KY.
A native of Franklin, KY., she was the daughter of the late E. L. Reep and the late Queen Evelyn McGoodwin Reep. She was the wife of the late John William Brake. She was preceded in death by her daughter Donna Catherine Brake and 2 brothers Leslie and Carl Reep.
She is survived by her daughter Jo Evelyn Brake of Russellville, KY., her 2 sons John Leslie Brake (Pam) of Lewisburg, KY. and Bobby Brake (Anna) of Franklin, KY.; 12 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
Mrs. Brake was a member of the Franklin First United Methodist Church. She was a retired teacher from Western Kentucky University and a retired pharmacist from Revco.
Visitation will begin Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM and 6:00 AM Thursday until funeral service time at Gilbert Funeral Home.
