Gary Allen "Pa" Mayhew

Mr. Gary Allen "Pa" Mayhew, age 61 of Scottsville, KY., entered into rest Saturday, July 14, 2012 at 3:30 P. M. the Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN.
A native of Simpson Co., KY., he was the son of the late Wayne White and the late Maudeline Meador Scott. He was preceded in death by a brother David Mayhew.
He is survived his wife Sarah Mayhew of Scottsville, KY., 5 daughters: Tracey Wix (Bobby) of Scottsville, KY., Tina Castleberry (Lee) of Franklin, KY., Betty Warren Rogers (Randy) of Crossplains, TN., Regina Stephens (Willie) of Scottsville, KY. and Elizabeth Lynn Warren (Billy Powell) of Auburn, KY.; a son Christopher Mayhew (Barbara) of Scottsville. 4 sisters: Gayle White Baldwin of Adairville, KY., Martha Myatt, Jackie Minnicks and Donna Ring all of Franklin, KY.; 4 brothers: Larry Mayhew of California, Wayne Mayhew, Donnie Scott and Bobby Scott all of Franklin, KY.; 14 grandchildren, 10 great grandchilren and several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Mayhew was a former employee of Novitec.
