Frances Leona Gass

Mrs. Frances Leona Gass, age 91 of Franklin, KY., entered into rest Friday, April 8, 2011 at 5:05 A. M. at Hopkins Nursing Facility in Woodburn, KY.
A native of Simpson Co., KY. she was the daughter of the late Vinnie Clark and the late Sally Matthews Clark. She was the wife of the late Ezra Gass. She was preceded in death by a daughter Wilma Elise Gass and a granddaughter Sharon Gass.
She is survived by a son Harold Gass of Franklin, KY., 2 daughters Joann West and Debbie Tuttle both of Franklin, KY., 2 sisters Martha Walker of Franklin, KY. and Ruby Austin of Marietta, Ga., 6 Grandchildren Alan Gass, Christy Fuqua, Charles West, Stephanie Brawner, Joshua Tuttle and January Toth, 13 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren.
Mrs. Gass was a Baptist and a member of the American Legion Post 62 Ladies Auxiliary, Am Vets Post # 110 Ladies Auxiliary , and lifetime member VFW Post #5706 Ladies Auxiliary.
