Evelyn (Weidemann) Richey

Mrs. Evelyn Weidemann Richey, age 91 of White House, TN. formerly of Franklin, KY, passed away Tuesday, May 9th, 2023 at 3:08 AM at the White House Health Care Facility in White House, TN.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM on Thursday, May 11th, 2023 at Gilbert Funeral Home & Crematory. A graveside service will be held Thursday at 1:00 PM at Sulphur Spring Cemetery in Simpson County, KY.

Evelyn was born on September 20th, 1931 in Franklin, KY to the late John Henry Weidemann and the late Melissa (Price) Weidemann. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Robert “Bobby” C Richey and 2 brothers, Joe Henry Weidemann and an infant brother, Fred Thomas Weidemann.

She is survived by 1 daughter, Linda (James) Halcomb of Portland, TN; 1 grandson, Bobby Joe Halcomb of Portland, TN; 2 nieces, Wanda Weidemann and Joyce Young; and 3 step-children.
