Mr. Ernest Richard Forsythe, age 61 of Franklin, KY., entered into rest Sunday, January 18, 2015 at 9:15 P. M. at his residence.
A native of Alamo, TN., he was the son of the late Clarence Forsythe and the Laquita Burns.
He is survived by his guardian parents, Jimmy and Brenda Wilkerson of Franklin, Ky., 1 sister Helen Ann Busheart of Halls, TN. and 2 brothers Barry and Jason Borsythe both of Huntington, TN.
