Mrs. Ella Mae Delk, age 83 of Franklin, KY, passed away on Thursday, June 8th, 2023 at 11:44 PM at the Franklin-Simpson Nursing & Rehab in Franklin, KY.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, June 10th, 2023 at 5:00 PM at Sulphur Spring Cemetery in Simpson Co., KY.

Ella was born on November 11th, 1939 in Friendship, IN to the late, Walter Harry Ryan and the late Clara Marie Ehlers. She is also preceded in death by her Husband, Freddie Delk; 2 siblings, Virginia Ashcraft and Wilbur Lee Ryan.

She is also survived by her 3 Children, Cynthia A. Gilley in Spring Hill, TN, Mark L. Hughes (Brenda) in Cocoa Beach, FL and Kenneth L. Hughes (Patsy) in Louisville, KY; 6 grandchildren, Emily Vogt, Paul Gilley, Daniel Gilley, Jonathan Hughes, Rachel Ritter and Zackary Hughes.

Ella was a member of Zion Lutheran Church.
