Mr. Edward “Eddie” Lowell Portmann, age 51 of Franklin, KY., died Thursday, September 1, 2016 at his residence.
Arrangements are under the direction of Booker-Gilbert Funeral Home where a Memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, September 6, 2016. Cremation was chosen.
A native of Simpson Co., KY., he was the son of the late Stanley Portmann and the late Jo Ann Raines Portmann. He was preceded in death by a brother Charlie Portmann.
He is survived by his daughter Alyssa Portmann and her mother Shara of Franklin, KY., a brother Vic Portmann of Frankfort, KY., 2 sisters-in-law Penny Portmann of Franklin, KY. and Michelle Eilers of Bowling Green, KY., 7 nieces and nephews Lee, Charlie, Brooke, Victor Paul, and Abigail Portmann and Kylee and Arika Eilers.
Mr. Portmann was employeed at Vermont Thread Gage.
Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until memorial service time Tuesday at Booker-Gilbert Funeral Home.
