Edward Louis Elliott

Mr. Edward Louis Elliott, age 97 of Franklin, KY., entered into rest Monday, December 21, 2015 at 7:00 PM at the Medical Center in Franklin, KY.

Arrangements are under the direction of Booker-Gilbert Funeral Home where services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, December 27, 2015 with burial to follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin, KY.

A native of Simpson Co., KY., he was the son of the late Eddie L. Elliott and the late Zula Dinning Elliott.  He was preceded in death by a sister Louella Elliott Rutherford, a brother Coleman Elliott and a nephew Elliott Rutherford.

He is survived is by a great niece Ann Rutherford Jones of Franklin, KY., great great niece Jessica Jones of Franklin, KY., great great nephew Michael Jones of Franklin, KY., 2 great great great nephews and 2 great great great nieces.

Mr. Elliott was a lifelong member of the Franklin Church of Christ and former co-owner of E.L. Elliott Repair.

Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM Saturday, December 26, 2015 and from 6:00 AM until service time on Sunday at Booker-Gilbert Funeral Home.
