Dorothy Evelyn Dodd

Mrs. Dorothy Evelyn Dodd, age 86 of Franklin, KY., entered into rest Thursday, April 28, 2011 at 11:28 P.M. at the Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green, KY.

A native of Simpson Co., Ky. she was the daughter of the late James Franklin Carter and the late Lucy Belle O’Dell Carter.  She was the wife of the late William Edward “Pete” Dodd.

She is survived by a daughter Carol Perkinson of Kissimmee, FL., a son Bobby Dodd and his wife Sandy of Franklin, KY., a sister Helen Pinson of Franklin, KY., 4 grandchildren Rick Perkinson, Lea Ann Henderson, B.J. Chandler and Beth Dodd and 10 great grandchildren.

Mrs. Dodd was a member of the Fairview Baptist Church and was a homemaker.
