Mrs. Dorothy Ashlock, 89, of Dalton, GA., passed away Monday, March 23, 2009.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Emmett Ashlock in 1994. She was a member of the Dalton First Baptist Church and the Franklin First Baptist Church in Franklin, Kentucky.
Dorothy is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Jim and Julie Ashlock of Dalton; grandchildren and spouses, Jay and Jessica Ashlock of Dalton, Julie Beth and Kit Fisher of Calhoun; great-grandchildren, Victoria, Chris, Ayden Ashlock and Colton Fisher as well as nieces and nephews.
Services will be Wednesday at 11 A.M. in the chapel of Love Funeral Home with the Dr. Billy Nimmons and the Rev. Phillip Cannon officiating.
The family will receive friends Wednesday at Love Funeral Home from
10 to 11 A.M.
Graveside services will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin, Kentucky at 3:30 C.S.T. with the Rev. Don Phillips officiating.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorials be made to the Dalton First Baptist Church, P.O. Box 827, Dalton, Ga. 30722 or to the Franklin First Baptist Church, 303 E. Cedar St., Franklin, KY. 42134.
