Donal Colin Green

Mr. Donal Colin Green, age 75 of Franklin, KY., entered into rest Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at 4:13 AM at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY.
Arrangements are under the direction of Gilbert Funeral Home where services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, January 13, 2018 with burial to follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin, KY. Military honors will be conducted by the Simpson County Honor Guard.
A native of East Liverpool, OH., he was the son of the late Willis Ralph Green and the late Alice Elizabeth Lamp Green. He was the husband of the late Maribeth Jane Green.
He was survived by his son Chris Green (Connie) of Franklin, KY.; 3 grandchildren Dilan, Alli and Hiatt Green.
Mr. Green was a member of the First United Methodist Church and retired employee of Tyco. He was an Army veteran, a member of the American Legion Post #62 and co-owner of D & H Electric. He loved working with his hands and coaching baseball.
Visitation will begin Friday, January 12, 2018 at 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM and 6:00 AM Saturday until funeral service time at Gilbert Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
