Mrs. Dicie Ree Oliver, age 89 of Portland, TN., entered into rest Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at the Sumner Regional Medical Center in Gallatin, TN.
A native of Monroe Co., KY., she was the daughter of the late Jay Barlow England and the late Gracie Proffitt England. She was preceded in death by her husband J. B. Oliver.
She is survived by a daughter Pamela Kay Oliver of Cayce, S.C. and a son Roger Oliver of Portland, TN.; a brother Louis Rex England of Indianapolis, IN. and a sister Geraldine Butler of Tompkinsville, KY.; 3 grandchildren: Autumn Whiles, Natalie Oliver and James Oliver.
Mrs. Oliver was a member of the Portland Church of Christ and a retired employee of Lenk and Bristol Myers Squibb.
