Visitation will be held on Monday, April 8, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Gilbert Funeral Home & Crematory. A graveside service will be held on Monday, April 8, 2024 at 10:30 AM at Whites Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery in Drake, KY.
DeWayne was born on July 19, 1954 in Indianapolis, IN to the late Delmar Sexton and the late Margaret (Brimm) Sexton. He is also preceded in death by 2 daughters, Faith Sexton and Hope Sexton.
He is survived by 1 daughter, Atlanta Sexton of Scottsville, KY; 1 brother, Monroe Sexton (Brenda) of Drake, KY; 2 sisters, Dianne Hughett (Ricky) of Indianapolis, IN and Brenda Stradtner (Danny) of Rockfield, KY; and several nieces and nephews.
DeWayne was retired from Scotty's Construction.
