Mrs. Delcie Rulene Knight, age 86 of Franklin, KY., entered into rest Thursday, February 11, 2010 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN.
A native of Macon Co., TN. she was the daughter of the late John Monroe King and the late Sarah Louetta Howser King. She was the wife of the Leon Vondell Knight. She was preceded in death by a son Vondell Junior Knight.
She is survived by 2 Daughters Regina Sue Knight of Franklin, Ky. and Cheryl Knight Newton of Franklin, Ky., 3 Sons Jimmy “Jym” Leon Knight, Murrell Ray Knight and John David Knight all of Franklin, Ky., 7 Grandchildren Jeremy Knight, Tanner Pinson, Eric Pinson, Adam Groves, Nathan and Jacob Knight, Adrainna Knight. 3 Step Grandchildern J.D. Shanklin Amanda and Laura White, 4 Great Grandchildren Emily, Matthew and Rilee Pinson and Logan Knight, 5 Step Great Grandchildren Johnotha White, Isabella Pritchard, January and Lexie West and Grayson Pritchared.
Mrs. Knight attended Rocky Mound Baptist Church and was a homemaker and a member of the A.A.R.P.
