Mr. David Ross Finn age 82 of Wimberley, Tx passed away on May 21, 2022. David was born in Franklin, Ky on July 24, 1939 to H. Ross Finn and Mae Belle (Stinson) Finn. His family moved to the Rio Grande Valley area of South Texas where he graduated from PSJA High School in 1958. David was a Sears store manager working at stores in TX and LA before retiring and had resided in Wimberley for the past 15 years. David worked his entire career from High School to retirement at Sears and retired in
1992.
In his retirement David enjoyed touring the USA and Canada, riding in 49 states and all the Canadian Provinces. He also was an avid photographer, taking many beautiful pictures and videos on his journeys. Most Aprils, you could find him in the gallery of the Masters Golf Tournament in Augusta, GA. He also enjoyed visiting family and his many friends.

David was preceded in death by his parents H. Ross Finn and Mae Belle (Stinson) Finn. He is survived by four children, Dewayne (Martha) Finn of Oklahoma City, OK, Wanda (Juan) Castillo of Edinburg, TX, Stacey (Dale) Sens of Odem, TX and Tracey Johnson of Weslaco, TX. He is also survived by a sister, Dorris (Miles) Mullin of McAllen, TX, one niece and 9 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren
A Celebration of Life graveside service will be held at Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin, KY at 1 PM on July 8, 2022. Gilbert Funeral Home of Franklin, KY will be in charge of arrangements.
