Mr. Danny “Dusty” Carl Koenig, age 74, of Franklin, KY passed away Thursday, February 11th, 2021 at 7:13 PM at his residence.

Arrangements are entrusted to Gilbert Funeral Home & Crematory.  Mr. Koenig wishes were to be cremated with no services.

Dusty was born on January 25, 1947 in Salem, OR to the late Virgil Koenig and the late Delores Koenig.  He was preceded in death by a brother Joe Koenig.

He is survived by his spouse of 24 years Debbie Koenig, children, John Koenig, Alena Davis and Chuck Koenig all of Oregon and Regina Koenig of South Carolina, 7 grandchildren, 2 brothers, Joe and Jeff Koenig of Oregon and a sister-in-law, Barbara Koenig of Oregon.

Dusty was a Marine and served in Vietnam. Mr. Koenig was retired over the road truck driver for many years and also drove a truck for Johnson Oil Company for 8 years.
